In the presence and supervision of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the meeting of the first three graduates of the university took place on the departments of the university’s faculties and institutes for the years 2003-2020, the first session, by a central committee formed at the university presidency, in reference to the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research /Administrative and Financial Department/Human Resources Department/Recruitment and Owners Division, numbered (11/4/T/28206 on 12/23/2021) and the letter of the Federal Service Council numbered (D. 50 in/3056 on 12/21/2021) Which authorized the universities with the recruitment procedures for those who are directly covered by the provisions of Law (67) of 2017 in coordination with the center of the ministry, according to the available job grades and the universities’ need for them. The university provides vacant job grades, and the comparison will be based on the text of Article (4/5) of Instructions No. 1 of 2019 Instructions for implementing the provisions of the Law on Employment of the First Graduates mentioned in the above.
