In cooperation with the Sunni Endowment Department, Northern Technical University is organizing the second major competition for the memorization of Qur’an during the last ten days of Ramadan.

Under the sponsorship of the President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Media and Government Communication Department, in collaboration with the Sunni Endowment Department, organized the second major Qur’an memorization competition with wide participation from students and staff of the university. The results revealed the following:

– Mr. Ali Ghaleb Mahmoud memorized more than 3 parts, a student at the Technical Engineering College in Mosul.
– Mr. Yasser Omar Younis memorized Surah Al-Baqarah, a student at the Medical Technical Institute.
– Sumaya Bassam Sharif memorized part 30, a student at the Medical Technical Institute in Mosul.
