The Deanship of the Technical Agricultural College announces to all dear students a set of important notes and instructions related to the final examinations of the Autumn Semester, which must be strictly followed to ensure the smooth and organized conduct of the examination process, as outlined below:

1. Final examinations will start at 9:30 a.m. for both morning and evening studies.

2. Mobile phones must be handed in at 9:00 a.m. to the designated committees before entering the examination halls.

3. Students are allowed to enter the examination halls at 9:10 a.m. and are required to adhere to the specified time to avoid any inconvenience.

4. Bringing the student ID card is mandatory for attendance registration. Failure to present the ID card will result in the student being considered absent from the examination.

• Students must strictly adhere to the official unified university dress code during the examinations.

• On the first day of examinations, students are required to arrive early to check and identify their assigned seating arrangements in the examination halls.
