His Excellency the Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Archaeology, Dr. Ahmed Fakak Al-Badrani, at a ceremony organized by the Union of Iraqi Journalists, Mosul Branch, in cooperation with Al-Noor University College, honored the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and the Director of the Media and Government Communication Department in the presidency of our university, Mrs. Ramzia Mahmoud Ramo, with the Shield of Excellence on the occasion Iraqi Press Day and Mosuliya, and under the direction of the President of the University, the Director of Media of the University presented a bouquet of flowers on this occasion, expressing her thanks for His Excellency’s interest in press and media, as they represent the fourth authority and report the event with complete transparency and professionalism.
