Northern Technical University Participates in the “Enhancing Soft Skills” Workshop for Students and Graduates within the “Tawasul” Project.

As part of its commitment to developing the capabilities of its students and graduates in line with the demands of the modern labor market, Northern Technical University, under the directives of the University President, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, participated in a workshop held within the activities of the “Tawasul” Project, implemented by the World University Service of Canada (WUSC) under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The workshop focused on the development of soft skills as a key factor in improving integration opportunities into the labor market, especially in the private sector. This aligns with the university’s vision of enhancing educational outcomes and linking them to the actual needs of the job market.

The workshop aimed to:
– Enhance the understanding of soft skills : Explore the latest techniques and methods in developing personal and professional competencies.
– Develop a comprehensive training curriculum: Utilize the workshop’s outcomes to transform the acquired knowledge into practical training programs within technical universities.
