Here it is worth noting the following points:
- If your name is not on the top list. The reason is often that you are excluded because the calculation of the top in the section depends only on the degree and not the type of study. That is, the department that has morning and evening studies has only 3 top ones who are the highest-rated for the two studies, according to the secretariat book, numbered in. The solution is to go to (the college or institute) the Administrative Division to find out if you are excluded.
- My name is in the top list, but I can’t log into the system, and an error message shows me the username or password. The reason is usually an actual error in one of the letters or numbers of the code or password.
- The solution is to visit (the college/institute) to reset the new password.
- I was able to log in to the system using the code and password. But there is some wrong information, how do I file an objection to that. The reason is often technical. To address this error, it is possible to submit an electronic objection from the same system interface, and the university will check and send the result of your objection to the same system without the need to go to the university, council, or ministry.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays will be allocated to the top students in each of (the College of Engineering / Mosul and the Administrative Technical College / Mosul / the Agricultural Technical College / Mosul / and the Technical Institute / Mosul and the Technical Institute / Nineveh) and on the Al-Hadba Hall at the Mosul Technical Institute and on Friday and Saturday for the first ones from ( Engineering Technical College / Kirkuk and Technical Institute / Kirkuk and Technical Institute / Hawija and Technical Institute / Al Dour) in Kirkuk Technical College.
