As part of the extracurricular activities aimed at enhancing the practical skills of staff members and promoting agricultural awareness, and under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Shihab Ahmed Al-Bajari, Dean of the Agricultural Technical College, the college organized a field activity for planting winter annual seeds in one of its fields.

Several faculty and staff members participated in the activity under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Shireen Ghazi Mahmood from the Department of Horticultural Sciences and Landscape Engineering. The planting process was carried out according to scientific principles, contributing to the preparation of green spaces and enhancing the aesthetic aspect of the university environment.

This activity reflects the college’s commitment to fostering teamwork, promoting sustainable agricultural values, and providing practical training that bridges theoretical knowledge with real-world agricultural practices.
