As a token of appreciation and recognition for the significant efforts made by Madam President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliya Abbas Ali Al-Atar, in establishing the Hawija Technical College since the inception of Hawija Technical Institute – an event that history will remember in this district – a delegation from Hawija Technical Institute, led by Dr. Raad Hamza Al-Awad, Assistant Dean of Hawija Technical Institute for Administrative and Financial Affairs, visited to express gratitude and appreciation. They extended their gratitude to Madam University President for her instrumental role in establishing Hawija Technical College, and prayed for her continued success and accomplishments.
