Northern Technical University President , Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, received in her office a delegation from Al-Hadbaa University College headed by the Dean of the College, Prof.Dr. Badie Ali Ahmed, in the presence of the University Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Omar Rafae Mahmoud, the departments directors of quality assurance, scientific affairs, and media, and the director of Continuing education center at the university presidency. During the meeting, discussions were held about developing a mechanism of a scientific cooperation agreement between the two parties at all levels.
