Students are required to successfully complete 14 units in each course during their first academic year. Those who fail any course have a second trial exam. An attendance rate of 80% is required for all curriculum topics, and failure to meet this requirement will result in a failing grade for that course. For the second academic year, the student must finish writing the dissertation after completing his or her project. To graduate from the department, a student’s success in all subjects must also be achieved by passing the oral life of his/her thesis.
