Assistant Professor Dr. Abdel-Bar Ahmed Nouri, representing the Northern Technical University, participated in a meeting between representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and representatives of the Cowater organization to implement the stages of the Izdiharak project funded by the European Union to agree on a cooperation mechanism between the two parties to support agricultural and veterinary technical education.
The goal of the meeting, which was attended by the respected Chairman of the Technical Education Authority, Professor Dr. Abdul Mohsen Naji Al-Muhaisen, Dr. Muwaffaq Sajet, Director of the International Organizations Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and representatives of the Northern, Central and Euphrates Technical Universities
