With the continuous follow-up and support of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Northern Technical University continues its academic excellence and affirms its global presence by remaining included in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings by Subject 2026, specifically in the field of engineering.

This continued presence reflects the fruit of the integrated institutional efforts exerted by the university in the fields of engineering education, rigorous scientific research, and the strengthening of academic partnerships, in accordance with the approved Times Higher Education ranking criteria, which include the quality of teaching, the research environment, the impact and quality of scientific research, industry income, and international openness.
