University President Signs a Letter of Intent with the Tawasul Project .

The President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, has signed a Letter of Intent with the Tawasul Project, with the aim of strengthening mutual cooperation with Canadian institutions.
