University President Opens the Dormitory Building at Nimrud Technical Institute

The university president inaugurates the dormitories building at the Nimrud Technical Institute

The President of Northern Technical University inaugurates the dormitory building at Nimrud Technical Institute for the first time in over thirty years.

 

The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, opened the dormitory building at Nimrud Technical Institute in the presence of university council members. This is the first time this has happened in over thirty years, in a move aimed at supporting students and providing a suitable residential environment that contributes to their academic stability.

The inauguration is part of the university’s efforts to develop the infrastructure of its affiliated institutions and to enhance the services provided to students, especially those from remote areas, in line with the university’s plans to improve the educational and service reality.

During her tour of the building, the university president emphasized the leadership’s commitment to completing projects that have been stalled for years and to prepare dormitory sections equipped with suitable living requirements, positively impacting students’ academic and psychological levels.
