The President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, inspected the progress of the graduate student exams at the Engineering Technical College / Mosul to gain firsthand knowledge of the exam procedures and the adequacy of the environment prepared for students.
