The President of Northern Technical University Discusses Preparations for International Volunteer Day with Civil Society Organizations

Prof. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, met with a number of representatives from civil society organizations and volunteer groups as part of preparations for events commemorating International Volunteer Day.
During the meeting, the University President directed all university branches in the governorates of Nineveh, Kirkuk, and Salah al-Din to implement a series of volunteer activities during the first hour of Thursday, December 4, 2025, with the aim of promoting a culture of volunteerism and instilling values of initiative and social responsibility among students.
Dr. Alia Al-Attar also affirmed her full support for various volunteer initiatives and activities that contribute to serving the community, praising the active role of youth in spreading the spirit of cooperation and promoting community development.
