The President of Northern Technical University conducted an inspection tour of the Science and Technology Parks Department at the University Presidency.

Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, carried out an inspection visit to the Science and Technology Parks Department, accompanied by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, to review the progress of work and follow up on the status of projects and programs implemented by the department.
During the tour, Her Excellency reviewed the department’s work mechanisms and future plans, as well as the support it provides for innovation, entrepreneurship, and the incubation of pioneering ideas and projects for university staff and students. She emphasized the vital role of science and technology parks in linking the university with the labor market and strengthening partnerships with both the public and private sectors.
The University President also listened to a detailed briefing from the department’s staff on key achievements and challenges, and directed the need to create a stimulating environment for creativity and to provide the requirements for the success of start-up projects, in line with the Ministry’s directives and the University’s vision to support the knowledge economy and sustainable development.
At the conclusion of the tour, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar praised the efforts of the department’s staff, commending the achievements accomplished and affirming the continued support of the University Presidency for all initiatives that contribute to advancing the University’s scientific and technological journey.
