The main tasks

• Circulating evaluation files from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to all formations.
• Verifying files and archiving them electronically after receiving them by liaison members and division officials in all formations.
• Send the completed evaluation files to the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority/Performance Evaluation Department at the Ministry of Higher Education, taking into account their delivery on time.
• Complete and update a database for all teachers, technicians and administrators working at the university and send it to the Ministry’s Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at the end of every six months.                               

Tasks and duties :-

1. Evaluate the university’s performance and do what is necessary to determine its level of performance within the quality standards approved by the Ministry.
2. Assist university departments by conducting self-evaluation studies and preparing the necessary procedures for submitting accreditation.
3. Follow up on the completion of the performance evaluation of all faculty members working at the university “annually” through coordination with department heads and send it to the Ministry’s Quality Assurance and University Performance Department on the specified date every year.
4. Follow up on the completion of the performance evaluation of all technicians and administrators working at the university “annually” through coordination with all departments, divisions and units and sending it to the Ministry’s Quality Assurance and University Performance Department on the specified date every year.
5. Complete the university’s annual performance evaluation through coordination with all departments, divisions, and units and send it to the Ministry on time.
6. Conduct or participate in field studies to determine the extent to which university department outputs are compatible with the needs of the labor market and provide appropriate recommendations in this regard.
7. Ensure that the university’s goals are achieved by taking appropriate measures to evaluate its programs and outcomes using various measurement tools.
8. Providing technical advice to the university’s departments, departments and units in the field of developing and implementing quality assurance and accreditation systems.
9. Establishing the necessary procedures to implement quality assurance standards, based on which the extent to which quality and accreditation requirements are met.
10. Seeking to hold periodic seminars and meetings with the aim of raising awareness and raising awareness to introduce the culture of performance evaluation and spreading the culture of the concept of performance evaluation in higher education and its role in serving the individual and society by explaining its importance with the aim of reaching international quality standards.
11. Send completed evaluation files and return them to the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority/Performance Evaluation Department of the Ministry on time.
12. Conducting evaluation studies on some urgent educational and scientific aspects at the university and providing successful solutions to them.
13. Preparing detailed data and statistics about the university and departments to ensure that they can be used in writing reports related to quality and accreditation.
