Northern Technical University participates in the Scouting course (study of the wooden badge).
Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the guidance of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and the supervision of the Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Thanoon Younis Thanoon, the Student Activities Department, represented by Mr. (Ammar Abdul-Ilah Azeez), participated in the scouting course (study of the badge). The second wooden training session, which will be held in Maysan Governorate for the period from 12/3-9/2023. The course included intensive theoretical and practical morning and evening training sessions focused on scouting traditions and their impact on personality development for the scouting stage. The goal of this study is to form scout leaders in universities who can be relied upon to organize scout camps… At the end of the course, a leader’s badge certificate (wooden badge) is awarded.
