Within the activities and activities of the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division, which are aimed at following up on our students and graduates and developing their skills, a workshop was held entitled: (Capacity Building and Self-Confidence).

The following points were highlighted during the workshop:

• The concept of capacity assessment
• The concept of self-confidence
• Achieving psychological balance
• Gaining experience
• Success in working life

The participating students and alumni showed their interaction in the workshop through their participation in its themes and the discussions that permeated it.
