The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, conducted an official tour across the university campus, accompanied by the Head of the International Institute for Training and Institutional Development, the Dean of Al-Khaleej College in the Sultanate of Oman, and the accompanying delegation.
