The University President Receives the Excellence Shield on the Occasion of the University Achieving First Place in the Scouts Camp.

The President of Northern Technical University, Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, received the Excellence Shield presented by Mr. Shamil Taliaa Yahya, the Director of Student Activities, who is retiring, in recognition of the university achieving first place in the Scouts Camp held at Northern Technical University / Kirkuk site. This is in appreciation of the distinguished efforts made to successfully conduct the camp’s activities and achieve this accomplishment.
