President of Northern Technical University Joins Nineveh University Graduation Ceremony and Honors Top Graduates.

Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, participated in the graduation ceremony of Nineveh University students for the current academic year, sharing in the joy of their academic achievements and emphasizing the importance of this milestone in their educational journey.
