The President of Northern Technical University has opened a free blood testing campaign organized by the Technical Research Center in celebration of International Volunteer Day.

On the occasion of International Volunteer Day, Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the President of Northern Technical University, inaugurated the free blood testing campaign organized by the Technical Research Center, with the participation of medical and specialized staff, and in the presence of several faculty members, staff, and students.

This campaign is part of the university’s commitment to enhancing the humanitarian and social role of academic institutions, instilling a culture of volunteerism, and supporting health initiatives that contribute to raising health awareness and early detection of medical conditions.

During the opening, the university president praised the commendable efforts of the Technical Research Center in organizing humanitarian volunteer activities, affirming that the university will continue to support all initiatives that promote values of giving, social solidarity, and serve the community alongside its scientific and academic mission.

For their part, the organizers of the campaign expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the university administration for its ongoing support and sponsorship of this initiative, affirming that the campaign received significant interest from university staff due to its importance in ensuring health and promoting preventive health culture.
