Northern Technical University participated in the first dialogue forum for leaders who hold the Wood Badge at Iraqi universities. Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and supervised by the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, the Department of Student Activities organized the forum on Monday, February 16-17, 2026.

Following the directive of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, Mr. Mustafa Majid Muhammad Saleh, Director of the Student Activities Department, and Mr. Ammar Abdul Ilah Aziz, Head of the Scout Activities Unit, participated in this gathering.
