Northern Technical University Organizes a Carnival on the Occasion of the Great Victory Day in the Presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education.

Under the patronage of the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the University organized a celebratory carnival on the occasion of the Great Victory Day, attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Adnan Al-Jumaili, along with Dr. Bashar Mahmoud, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Noor University College, in addition to a number of deans of colleges and institutes at the Nineveh campus and heads of departments at the University Presidency.
The carnival featured a variety of activities that embodied the sacrifices of the Iraqi people and the heroism of the national security forces. It included artistic performances and patriotic scenes that reflected the spirit of victory and the unity of the Iraqi people.
In her speech, the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, emphasized that the Great Victory Day represents a symbol of unity and resilience among Iraqis, highlighting the importance of promoting values of national belonging and pride among students and university staff.
For his part, the Undersecretary of the Ministry, Professor Dr. Adnan Al-Jumaili, expressed his appreciation for the organizational efforts exerted by the University, praising the spirit of cooperation and creativity demonstrated in preparing this event in a manner befitting such a significant national occasion.
On the sidelines of the carnival, the President of the University held an extraordinary meeting attended by the Undersecretary, bringing together the deans of the formations at the Nineveh campus and the directors of departments at the University Presidency. Several important administrative and academic issues were discussed during the meeting.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Undersecretary extended his thanks and appreciation to the President of the University for the warm reception and generous hospitality, commending the University’s efforts in organizing national and community events.
