The University Hosts a Consultative Session for the Directorates of the Nineveh Governorate Office.

The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, chaired a consultative session organized by the E-Governance Team in collaboration with the Nineveh Governorate Office. The session comes as part of the ongoing preparations for the 3rd International E-Governance Conference, which is scientifically and logistically supported by the Northern Technical University. The event was hosted at the Conference Hall of the College of Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence / Mosul.
The session opened with a welcoming and introductory speech delivered by Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Al-Attar. This was followed by a speech from the Governor of Nineveh, delivered on his behalf by Mr. Rifaat Smo Rasho Al-Qa’idi, Deputy Governor for Administrative Affairs.
Additionally, the E-Governance Team’s address was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Farqad Hamed Abdulrahim, a member of the ministerial committee and a faculty member at the university.
The session concluded with discussions on scientific and economic topics related to evaluating the performance of the directorates of the Nineveh Governorate Office, fostering a competitive spirit among them in digital transformation, and exploring mechanisms for engaging private sector companies to achieve the anticipated aspirations for our beloved governorate.
