The Supreme Council for Scientific Research holds its regular meeting to discuss developments in research and innovation.

The Supreme Council for Scientific Research held its regular meeting today, with the participation of a select group of researchers and experts in various scientific fields, to discuss the latest developments in the research and innovation sector.
During the meeting, Council members reviewed reports from scientific committees on ongoing research projects and discussed ways to enhance cooperation between academic institutions and industrial sectors to apply research outcomes in areas of sustainable development.
The Council Chairperson emphasized the importance of supporting innovation and modern technology, noting the need to provide the necessary funding for promising research projects that contribute to strengthening the knowledge economy and raising the level of scientific competitiveness.
The meeting also discussed proposals for developing research policies and providing a stimulating environment for scientists and researchers, emphasizing the importance of investing in human resources to strengthen the scientific research system at the local and international levels.
