The President of the Northern Technical University opens the conference hall at the Technical College of Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence in the presence of university council members.

As part of the Northern Technical University’s efforts to enhance infrastructure and provide an advanced educational environment, Dr. Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the university president, inaugurated the new conference hall at the Technical College of Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.

The opening ceremony was attended by university council members, who reviewed the modern technical capabilities of the hall, which will contribute to supporting the academic and research activities of the college.

During her speech, the university president emphasized the importance of this step in enhancing the college’s ability to host conferences and scientific seminars, noting that this hall represents a significant addition to the university’s infrastructure.

For his part, the college dean, Dr. Omar Ibrahim Yahya Dalal Bashi, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the university president for her continued support of the college, affirming that this hall will contribute to the development of the educational and research processes.

It is noteworthy that the Technical College of Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence was established in 2024 and includes specialized scientific departments in computer technology engineering, cybersecurity and cloud computing engineering, and artificial intelligence technology engineering. Its aim is to prepare specialized technical staff that meet the labor market’s needs in the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence.
