The President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, received in her office, in the presence of the Director of the Department of Construction and Projects at the Presidency of the University, the Directors of the Department of Construction and Projects of Nineveh University and Hamdaniya University and The officials of the divisions that are related to constuction to activate the cooperation mechanism previously concluded between our University and the universities mentioned in connection with the paragraph on urban advancement and develop strategic plans to continue the implementation of projects under completion in accordance with the established specifications and to identify the most important obstacles that would delay the work and find appropriate solutions in accordance with the laws and instructions in force.
