To ensure the smooth conduct of semester exams and study materials and to overcome obstacles, the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafea Mahmoud, and the Dean of the Administrative Technical College and his assistants, inspected the examination and study halls for students of the Administrative Technical College of Mosul. Conducting quarterly exams and conducting lectures, I listened to the proposals of the students who expressed their joy at the endless interest of the president of the university in them, praying to God for her sovereignty and our university with more scientific brilliance.
