The President of the Northern Technical University inaugurates the Technology Incubator Building.

The President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, inaugurated the Technology Incubator Building at the university’s presidency. The opening ceremony was attended by the university’s assistants for academic and administrative affairs, a number of deans, and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Noor University, Dr. Bashar Mahmoud.
In her speech, the President of the University emphasized that the inauguration of this building comes within the framework of the university’s relentless efforts to create an integrated work environment that embraces youthful energies and supports the entrepreneurial projects and innovative ideas of students and researchers. She noted that the university seeks, through the Technology Incubator, to transform creative ideas into applied projects that contribute to serving the community and promoting sustainable development.
She also explained that this step aligns with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s directives to support innovation and entrepreneurship and enhance the role of universities in building a knowledge-based economy. She emphasized that the Northern Technical University will remain a pioneer in adopting initiatives that enhance its academic and societal standing. The opening ceremony concluded with a tour of the building’s corridors, including a preview of the workspaces and services available to students and innovators.
