The President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, fulfilled the dream of the benefactors by reopening the Central Library in its new form after its rehabilitation, which the organizers wanted to make of it as a title for progress and development to be a symbol of the victory of the principles of humanity, civilization, and peace after passing through eras that spanned for more than forty years It suffers from neglect without paying attention to this great scientific edifice, and this was done in the presence of the ladies and gentlemen, deans of the university’s faculties and institutes, the director of the Central Library Department and a number of department directors in the university presidency. At the end of the activities, the Director of the Central Library Department presented shields of appreciation on this occasion to the President of the University and the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs for their great role in rehabilitating the library. And the finances on this occasion were presented by the library staff as Decade, wishing our university more scientific and urban brilliance.
