The President of the Northern Technical University Inaugurates Several Buildings, Laboratories, and Lecture Halls at the Technical Institute of Kirkuk

During an official visit to the Technical Institute of Kirkuk, the President of the Northern Technical University, *Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar*, inaugurated several new buildings, laboratories, and lecture halls equipped with the latest technologies to support the educational process and enhance the institute’s infrastructure.

During the inauguration ceremony, Dr. Al-Attar emphasized that these projects are part of the university’s plans to develop its affiliated educational institutions, aiming to create a conducive learning environment aligned with modern advancements.
