Under the guidance and direct support of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, and for the purpose of opening areas of work with international institutions, a meeting was held with the French Solidarity Organization and in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafi Mahmoud, the Director of the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations, and the Director The Center for Continuing Education at the University Presidency, where the meeting was coordinated by the staff of the Department of Construction and Projects and the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations. The goal of the meeting is to open areas of work with French universities and institutions and exchange academic experiences, in addition to hosting foreign staff to raise the efficiency of university members in the fields of agriculture, climate change, and other scientific fields…
