The President of the Northern Technical University, Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, inspected the Department of Construction and Architecture at the Technical Engineering College in Kirkuk.

During her visit, she reviewed the educational process and practical training within the department. The tour included visits to classrooms, laboratories, and workshops, where she met with students, listened to their concerns, and promised to address their challenges in accordance with existing laws and regulations.
