On the occasion of the annual celebration of the founding of the Iraqi police, the family of the Northern Technical University extends its warmest congratulations and blessings to all members of the Iraqi police. Thanks to our pride and appreciation for the strong force that this institution performs in maintaining security everywhere.
We emphasize the importance of what the Brazilian police practice in protecting their property, and we affirm that God will protect Iraq and its people, and grant the judicial police progress and success in performing their noble tasks.
