Encouraged by Her Excellency in supporting and attributing postgraduate students at all levels, the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, attended a part of the master’s thesis discussion at the Technical College of Administration in Mosul, entitled “Anticipating the extent of the impact of smart leadership in achieving the pioneering orientation of industrial development projects / A Survey Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Leading Industrial Project Managers” by a student Sama Bassel Mohammed, an employee at the university presidency. Her thesis was approved with high distinction, and we pray to Allah for more academic excellence for Ms. Sama Bassel.
