The President of the Northern Technical University and the activities of the first day of the Sixth International Conference on Electromechanical Engineering and its Applications.

The President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, concluded the activities of the first day of the Sixth International Conference on Electromechanical Engineering and its Applications, which was supported by Duhok Technical University. The conference featured distinguished scientific content and broad participation from Arab and international universities.

At the conclusion of the first day’s activities, the President of the Northern Technical University presented a bouquet of roses to the President of Duhok Technical University in appreciation of the volunteers and the success of the conference. She also attended the presentations of patents by the participating presidents and guests, acknowledging their contributions to the success of this important scientific event.

This distinguished participation came in her capacity as a representative of the Iraqi Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. In her address, she emphasized the importance of scientific cooperation between universities specializing in research expertise in engineering and applied fields, including contributing to the development of technical education in Iraq and enhancing its academic standing at both the national and international levels.

Professor Dr. Alia Al-Attar opened the activities of the first day by emphasizing that the Northern Technical University will continue to support such conferences that will be organized for the sake of scientific creativity in service of the industrial community.
