The President of Northern Technical University supports postgraduate academic activities through her membership and supervision of doctoral theses.

Confirming her pioneering role in supporting scientific research and postgraduate studies, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, participated in a number of academic activities as a member, chairwoman, and supervisor of doctoral and master’s theses discussion committees at several Iraqi universities, in engineering fields. Today, she is a member and supervisor of a doctoral thesis at the College of Engineering, Tikrit University, titled “Behavior of Reinforced Geopolymer Columns Exposed to Harsh Environmental Conditions” for student Banaz Yassin Ezz El-Din. The thesis was approved with Excellent rating.
