The President of Northern Technical University participates in the final ceremony of the training program to develop leadership and administrative skills for presidents of universities in Baghdad.
The President of NTU, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, participated in the activities of the fourth and final day of the training program to develop leadership and administrative skills for presidents of public universities. The program was held in the capital, Baghdad, in the presence of a number of Iraqi university presidents and representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The final day included evaluation sessions and concluding lectures that focused on the program’s outcomes and its impact on enhancing leadership competencies and improving institutional performance in universities. During the final ceremony, certificates of appreciation were gifted to the participants in recognition of their efforts and active participation.
The President of University expressed her gratitude to the organizing bodies, emphasizing the importance of this type of program in supporting university leaders and enabling them to meet administrative and educational challenges, which positively reflects on the development of the higher education system in Iraq.
