The President of Northern Technical University Meets with a Delegation from the Skills Foundation for Education and Culture.

As part of enhancing cooperation between academic institutions and civil society, a delegation from the Skills Foundation for Education and Culture, headed by Mr. Arian Adel Abdullah, the President of the Foundation, visited Northern Technical University. They were received by Dr. Alyaa Abbas Al-Attar, the President of the University.

During the meeting, the prospects for mutual cooperation between the two sides were reviewed, and discussions were held regarding the coordination mechanisms for holding the Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Conference scheduled for October 14, 2025. The Foundation aims to open new scientific and knowledge channels that contribute to keeping pace with global developments in technology and artificial intelligence, thereby enhancing Iraq’s scientific standing and creating a supportive environment for research and innovation.

The possibility of involving academic competencies from various scientific disciplines in the conference sessions and activities was also discussed, contributing to the exchange of experiences and development.

At the end of the meeting, both sides expressed their mutual desire to continue communication and develop mechanisms for joint work, in service of the educational and cultural journey, in line with global trends toward innovation and digital transformation.
