The President of Northern Technical University Meets the Director of the International Academy for Leadership and Development.

Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, met the Director of the International Academy for Leadership and Development, Dr. Moaz Al-Rawi, on a visit aimed at strengthening the prospects for scientific and academic cooperation between the two parties and expanding partnerships in the areas of training, development, and capacity building.
During the meeting, the University President emphasized the importance of openness to reputable international institutions, particularly those focused on leadership and skills development programs. She noted that Northern Technical University seeks to enhance the efficiency of its academic and administrative staff through quality training programs of an international nature.
On the other hand, the Director of the International Academy for Leadership and Development expressed his happiness with the visit to the university, appreciating the remarkable development it is witnessing on the academic and administrative levels. He emphasized the Academy’s readiness to organize joint workshops and training courses, as well as knowledge exchange programs that serve students and faculty.
During the meeting, the two parties discussed the possibility of cooperation in the following points :
– Preparing future leaders among students and graduates.
– Implementing training programs for university staff in leadership and strategic management.
– Holding joint scientific conferences and forums locally and internationally.
