The President of Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, received – in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Rafe Mahmood, and the Director of the Scientific Affairs Department, Dr. Youssef Khaled Youssef – the Assistant Director of the Psychological Research Center at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Ali Fadala Al-Tamimi, and Dr. Nashwan Al-Saffar, Director of (Noon) Center for Specialized Research and Studies… During the meeting, discussions were held on holding many joint scientific activities, including preparations for the conference scheduled to be held at Northern Technical University.
