We are accustomed to her sovereignty leading the university towards the top at all levels, and it began with the extensive urban campaign that included our educational institution in the three governorates, and today, with all pride and in a record time, she lays the foundation stone for the classrooms building in the College of Health and Medical Technology in Aldoor in the presence of the President of Samarra University, Professor Dr. Sabah Allawi Khalaf – knowing that this college is new – and this indicates the size of the large urban campaign that Her Excellency led to advance the university at all levels to provide a suitable university environment for our dear students.
