The President of Northern Technical University, Dr. Aliaa Abbas Al-Attar, honored the top students at the Technical Institute in Mosul in the presence of the Scientific Assistant, Assistant Professor Omar Rafee Mahmoud, and the deans of the Technical Institute in Mosul, the Mosul Medical Technical Institute, and the Nineveh Technical Administration Institute. The ceremony began with a speech by the President of the University, in which she congratulated the top students and their families. The students, in turn, presented a shield of excellence in the name of the top students to the University President for her great support for the students and her concern for their issues.
