The Presidency of Northern Technical University, represented by the President of Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, extends its deepest gratitude and appreciation to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, for his kind award of a letter of thanks and appreciation to the President of the University, in appreciation of her distinguished efforts and effective contributions to serving higher education and the Ministry’s activities at all levels, and her constant commitment to supporting the scientific and academic progress in Iraq. This honor represents an additional incentive towards more excellence, and reflects the size of the national responsibility that Iraqi universities holds in construction and development, wishing the Minister continued success in serving our country . She also extends her thanks to the minister of higher education for granting a letter of thanks and appreciation to our university/Kirkuk Technical Institute for its departments obtaining the first ranks in the Iraqi classification of universities 2024. On this occasion, the president of NTU extends her thanks and appreciation to the heads of the scientific departments and the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division at the institute, wishing them to achieve more scientific brilliance.
