With a joyful atmosphere and a gracious invitation from the President of the University of Nour, the President of the Northern Technical University, Dr. Aliaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, led a delegation from the Northern Technical University and a number of directors of departments of the University Presidency to attend the opening ceremony of the University of Nour, in the presence of a number of presidents of Iraqi universities, namely the Presidents of the Middle Technical University , the Technical Education Authority, the University of Mosul, the University of Nineveh, and the University of Hamdaniya.
