The Northern Technical University organizes the First Forum for Postgraduate Students.

Under the patronage and presence of Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of the Northern Technical University, the university organized the First Forum for Postgraduate Students, attended by the deans of the university’s colleges and institutes, faculty members, and postgraduate students from various university formations.

The forum aimed to enhance scientific communication among students, researchers, and supervising professors, as well as to discuss the main challenges faced by postgraduate students and to exchange expertise in scientific research, modern technologies, and sound publishing practices.

In her opening speech, the University President emphasized the importance of this forum in building a research environment that encourages innovation and creativity, noting that the university is working to provide all necessary support to advance scientific research and its outcomes in alignment with the requirements of sustainable development and the labor market.

The forum included research presentations and scientific discussions delivered by a number of master’s and doctoral students, covering diverse topics in engineering, medical, administrative, and environmental technologies. The event also provided an opportunity to listen to students’ suggestions for improving postgraduate programs at the university.

At the conclusion of the event, Professor Dr. Alia Al-Attar commended the efforts made in organizing the forum and affirmed that the Northern Technical University will continue to hold such forums regularly to further enhance the quality of postgraduate studies and scientific research.
