The Northern Technical University Organizes a Workshop on Negotiation and Conflict Management

Under the patronage of the President of the Northern Technical University, Professor Dr. Aliaa Abbas Al-Attar, the university’s Women’s Affairs Division organized a workshop titled “Negotiation and Conflict Management.”

The workshop, which was organized in collaboration with the Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs, was presented by Assistant Lecturer Saleh Ibrahim Abdullah and was attended by a number of university staff members.

The workshop addressed negotiation management, the types of negotiation, the types of conflict, the characteristics and objectives of negotiation, and negotiation methods. It also highlighted the personality of the negotiator and the qualities they possess, such as strength of character, the ability to persuade, and their personal capabilities.

It is worth noting that the Department of Women’s Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has directed the implementation of the Third National Plan for Women, Peace, and Security, specifically under the Prevention Pillar, Paragraph 2.
